Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the items and are calculated when you select the items for purchase. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest kilogram. The shipping fees for international orders are as follows:

  • 30 USD for 2 items
  • 35 USD for 3 items
  • 45 USD for 4 items
  • 50 USD for 5 items
  • 60 USD for 6 items
  • 70 USD for 7 items
  • 80 USD for 8 items
  • 115 USD for 9 items
  • 125 USD for 10 or more items

Note: Shipping charges may vary for certain regions, such as Australia, South America, etc. All prices include local taxes. However, any additional customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Customs and Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your package is delayed or held in customs, hemstitchofficial is not responsible.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and are typically delivered within 8-12 business days after the order has been confirmed. Once your payment is approved, it may take up to 2 days for us to process and ship your order. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with your order and tracking numbers after placing your order (if you provided a valid email address). Order Cancellation Policy
